Interested in learning more about the fundamentals of weight training? In this course, led by a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll learn about the mechanics of proper form, reps, sets, how to know you’re using the weight you should be, and how to follow a program for your goals. 

Focusing on a dumbbell exercises you'll be taken through a 6 week program that will have you progressing and feeling strong and more confident in the gym.

Whether you’ve never picked up a weight, or have some previous experience but would love some instruction, you’ll leave this course with knowledge and a basis to continue on your strength training journey.
