STRONG MOMS
Your body spends 9 months changing and adapting to the needs of your growing baby.
Rather than just jumping into activity, you want to make this adjustment in the post partum phase in a way that keeps you safe and healthy while giving extra attention to the needs and recovery of your core and pelvic floor!
In these 6 week sessions, led by a Certified Pre & Post Natal coach, with input from physio and pelvic floor therapists, women 7 weeks or more postpartum will build their strength in a safe and effective way!
Some of the things we’ll focus on:
Gaining awareness of your pelvic floor, while strengthening it, and your core, in a safe and effective way.
Diastasis Recti? Every woman experiences some degree of separation of their abs while their baby grows. You will be assessed and guided through exercise appropriately, making sure you’re on a path to recovery.
Feeding, holding, lifting, carrying – caring for your baby can be physically demanding. We’ll work to build strength in your entire body so that you can safely do these activities, and whatever else you choose to do.
And, bonus! Having a community of other moms going through the same phase of life - all the feelings, challenges and the rollercoaster of motherhood can be integral to mental health.
