YOUTH AND TEEN PROGRAMS
There are a lot of changes girls go through in their tween/teen years - one that does not get enough discussion is the decline in coordination and balance, knee instability, and the importance of strength training!
You may have noticed these things in your teen. It’s entirely normal, and a result of the growth spurt and change in their body angles and composition experienced during this time.
Strengthening their muscles, around their joints, focusing on biomechanics and learning good movement patterns helps!
Our girls youth and teen programs are designed with this in mind, and is held in our empowering and supportive environment to start girls off with a healthy relationship with exercise and their bodies.
These programs focus on utilizing proper form and mechanics of the fundamental movement patterns, building positive habits, and learning to love what your body can do!
